We think that’s great and works really well for ‘hard skills’. However, at the intersection of adaptable skills and cognitive rewiring of habits, not so much! Rewiring requires ‘catalyst’ events that force self awareness, then motivation, then long term commitment, and stamina for brain training practices - the reps of neural rewiring.
