Jen has over 20 years experience as a talent business partner, diversity executive, author and career consultant. She honed her skills for curating culture and developing talent through several industries including cable television, advertising and media. She has launched major diversity initiatives; hired, managed and nurtured talent, and developed strategic community partnerships to support business goals and objectives. Her varied background has given her clear insight to an innovative approach to developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

BEYOND WORK

Jen returned to her hometown of Washington, DC after several years of being a New Yorker. She lives with the love of her life Cosmo “the wonder-dog” 15-years young. Together they have discovered many wonderful trails in Rock Creek Park and traveled around the country enjoying many city visits to San Francisco and beach vacations to Hilton Head. SC.
