Discretion & Confidentiality
The leaders we work with bring us the things they can't say anywhere else: the board they're losing, the team they've outgrown, the decision they're dreading. Candor only happens in a room with no back door. So we built ThinqShift without one.
What you won't find
Most firms sell with their client list. We don't publish ours, and we're not going to start. It's the same commitment as Thinqee's no-ads, no-data-for-sale promise, expressed at ThinqShift's altitude: one value, two expressions. We call it the Fabulous Promise.
Not on our site
No client names, logos, case studies, or attributed quotes. Anywhere.
Not in a pitch
We won't tell one client who else we work with, even when it would win the work.
Not a back-channel
What a leader tells their ThinqShifter never travels back to the organization paying for it.
Who sees what
| Information | You | Your ThinqShifter | Your organization |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you say in a ReWire session | ✓ | ✓ | × |
| Your coordinates, goals, and progress | ✓ | ✓ | Only what you choose to share |
| That the engagement exists, and its schedule | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| What a ThinqDay decides: the North Star, the owners, the dates | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Your Thinqee conversations | ✓ | Only ThinqShifters helping you | Cohort themes only, never individual |
The organization gets the outcomes it paid for. It never gets the conversation.
Reference conversations
No names on a website doesn't mean no proof. It means proof on the client's terms.
1. You ask
Use the contact form: tell us what you'd want to know, and about what kind of situation.
2. We ask them
Air Traffic Control, our client team, goes to a client whose situation is closest to yours, and asks whether they're willing.
3. On their terms
Only with their consent. They decide what to share, and how much.
When Thinqee is part of the work
Thinqee runs no ads and never sells or shares your data. Personal details are stripped before anything reaches a third-party AI model, and you can ask for your history to be deleted at any time. An organization using Thinqee sees cohort-level themes and usage, never anything tied to an individual.
Where the promise has a limit
Two narrow exceptions, and only these two: if someone expresses genuine intent to seriously harm themselves or another person, or if we're legally compelled by a court order or subpoena. Outside of those, confidentiality holds completely.
A confidentiality promise that hides its own exceptions isn't really a promise.
Everything you share, from the first message on, stays confidential.
